St John Anglican Church Members Worship & Celebrate Father’s Day

The members of St John’s Anglican Church in Sutton, MA worshiped and glorified God, “The Almighty Father,” during father’s day. The members of the church wished all fathers present a happy father’s day. The members of the Church after hearing the message of God during the church service thereafter celebrated Father’s day with a meal that included Nyama Choma. Father’s went home well fed. Glory be to God.

PCEA Neema Church Building Dedicated to God

Moderator Rt Rev Julius Guantai Mwamba dedicated the building at 201 Coburn Street, Lowell, Massachusetts to become a house of God. After dedication he unveiled the sign the dedication sign that read, “For the glory of God, this building was dedicated by the Moderator of the Presbyterian Church if East Africa, 21st General Assembly Rt. Rev. Julius Guantai Mwamba assisted by the Rev. Dr. Karimi Mumbui, founding minister of the PCEA Neema Church on May 28th, 2017 to be a place of worship. ‘For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.’ (1 Cor. 3:11 – RSV)”...

Hosanna Gospel Center Buys 6 Acres of Land to Build Church

Hosanna Gospel that is led by Pastor David Kahura and is located in Worcester City has bought six (6) acres of land for building a Church and Gospel Center. Once the building is complete, Hosanna will become the first church with a Kenyan led Pastor to buy land and thereafter design and build the building. “The land is fully acquired. The next stage is the building,” said Pastor Kahura who together with his wife Tabby presented the title deed to the church members. ...

Gifts Come From God

PCEA Neema Church members of eight districts presented their talents as they worshiped God, glorified God, educated and entertained each other. Six groups sang songs and two groups performed drama. In about one hour and half hours the talents showcased brought were educative, humorous and most important delivered the message of God. God’s servant, Njonge, who preached the message summed the talents with the words, “Gifts come from God.” He added that it is good to showcase them....

God is Never Wrong

A king who did not believe in the goodness of God, had a slave who, in all circumstances, said: My king, do not be discouraged, because everything God does is perfect, no mistakes! One day they went hunting and along the way a wild animal attacked the king. His slave managed to kill the animal, but could not prevent his majesty losing a finger. Furious and without showing his gratitude for being saved, the nobleman said "Is God good? If He was good, I would not have been attacked and lost my finger."...

Religion is sacred to a lot of people and most people who subscribe to it, especially Christians, expect holiness in its highest form. Pastors who have been entrusted with taking care of the flock in the church are expected to uphold the highest standards of holiness and one step out of line is met with harsh criticism. Bishops, Reverends and Pastors are held in very high esteem and any utterances they make are believed to be directly coming from God....
