Kenyans Voting Will Make Kenya Constitution the Supreme Law

The Kenyans voting on October 26th 2017 will be remembered by history as the Kenyans who made the Kenya constitution 2010 the Supreme law as per Kenya Constitution 2 (1) that reads, “This Constitution is the supreme law of the Republic and binds all persons and all State organs at both levels of government.” The Kenya Constitution will reward Kenyans with a better country where every citizen will enjoy the constitutional rights of healthcare, housing, clean water and food.

The Kenyan people awarded themselves Sovereign power as, “The people of Kenya,” collectively. They wrote this is the first article of the Kenya Constitution article 1 (1) that reads, “All sovereign power belongs to the people of Kenya and shall be exercised only in accordance with this Constitution.

The Kenyan people agreed that Sovereign power can be exercised directly or through democratically elected leaders. They wrote this in article 1 (2) that reads, “The people may exercise their sovereign power either directly or through their democratically elected representatives.”

Kenya Constitution 2010 is now seven years old. Kenyans on October election will have an opportunity to make Kenya Constitution the Supreme Law of the land. Kenya Constitution thereafter will be a blessing to Kenyans as they live in the land of Kenya.  

The primary goal of the exercise of sovereign power directly or through democratically elected leaders is so an individual can achieve his or her constitutional rights.

Some of the greatest Kenya Constitution, laws, that hold the keys to Kenya Destiny are awaiting for the Kenyans to make Kenya constitution the supreme law on Election day. Every Kenyan who enters the polling booth will be progressing Kenya Destiny through the Kenya Constitution as the Supreme law.
