At his offices in Worcester, Attorney Njoroge Kamau spearheaded a meeting into the nightfall, that reviewed all plans for the development of the Institution Town Plan - 5 Year Development Plan. The 5 year development plan was set as October 2016 to September 2021. The first class to university, target date, was set as September 2017. Nineteen (19) budgets that will kick off diverse plans in the first year were adopted.

Attorney Kamau, who started working on Kenya housing idea 2005, welcomed the message adopted by those who have decided to become property developers. The message adopted by those who are becoming Property developers is: “When I came to the U.S, I was happy to get a job, I was happy to find a developed house with clean water, sanitation and energy to live in. I’m excited to become a Property Developer who supplies the planned Town House so those who get jobs can have good housing.”

“This is a project to create new jobs,” said Dr. Endege whose Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical plan – to produce medicine and other products that will help people and animals in Africa live healthier lives and fight diseases – is a plan to create more than 500 jobs. The project plan has currently 12 plans that by the end of the 5 year development plan are targeted to create over 500 jobs at the university town site. The University Plan and Medical Hospital plan are projected to be the biggest job creators.

Whereas the Legal Plan may not achieve over 500 jobs Attorney Kamau, who shall lead the legal plan development, looks forward to having the university town be a destination where upcoming lawyers will set-up law firms.

Diaspora Kenyans who shall develop various plans are very excited of the progress made. This will be the biggest investment of Diaspora capital in a single project.
