Warren Buffet quote, “If you do not find a way to make income when you sleep, you will work until you die.” This quote can make one ask himself or herself, “If I’m blessed to live for 100 years will I work until I’m 100 years?” We work for we have to eat, sleep and pursue happiness every day. As the world population increases, living in the world becomes more complexity and systems are needed to be innovated and implemented to sustain this growth.

McDonald system started 1954 is a system that grew to 100 restaurants by 1959; expanded to 500 restaurants by 1963; became 10,000 in 1983 and is today a 36,000 restaurants chain in 120 countries. Those who decided to become part of this system today make income when they are sleeping.

Millions of Kenyan families are today living in slums and unplanned housing. Estimates state that 5 million units need to be developed in the next 10 years. If the average Property Developer Income per unit is $10,000 this means there is a $50 billion property developer income can be made in Kenya. If the average house usage is $10,000 every year then at the end of 10 years the developed houses will make another $50 billion property usage income.

Becoming a Property Developer and making property development and property usage income is not easy. However, Diaspora Kenyans have a chance through the Kenya University Project (KUP) Property Developer System. The property developer system is a system that is tied to a job creation.

A Diaspora Kenyan who uses the KUP system will become a developer of 100 units of the 5 million houses needed in Kenya and make $1 million property developer income in 10 years. One the other hand the Developer can gradually re-invest part if income, say $800,000, to own 10 of the 100 properties. The 10 properties at $10,000 rental income can make about $100,000 a year from usage income.

If you are in the Diaspora and want to earn as you sleep, do not want to work until you die; Kenya University Project (KUP) property developer system is a way to earn income through property development and usage income.
