KCB Bank Diaspora Banking will tour Diaspora starting Memorial weekend. During the tour the Bankers will open accounts and offer financial products to Diaspora Kenyans investing in Kenya and Tanzania. One financial product that KCB Bank will be opening accounts so as to offer is a special product created for KUP-Town House Developers.

KUP-Town House developers are Diaspora Kenyans who would like to earn extra income by becoming Town House developers using the KUP Town House development system. The developers through a KUP-Town House Investment and Development Agreement (KUP-THIDA) will be allocated a Town House development plan in the Diaspora University Town project.

Those in the cities that the bank will not visit and are interested will send forms to Atty Njoroge Kamau law firm.

Diaspora remittances have contributed to the growth of the Kenya financial sector that is today about Kshs 3.5 trillion deposits and Kshs 2.5 trillion loan advances. The Diaspora are remitting over Kshs 160 billion every year that is part of growing the Bank deposits that then become loan advances.

Diaspora Kenyans in KUP are happy that KCB-Bank is working with Diaspora so they can tap credit as they contribute toward jobs creation and housing development. The KUP System of jobs creation and housing development offers the easiest way for someone to become a property developer of Kenya. Current estimates are that 500,000 units of housing will be developed by 2021. At an average of Kshs 500,000 developer income once the house sold these means Kshs 250 billion property developer income made in next 5 years.
