Susan Presents KUP-Diaspora University Town at Talanta Awards

“So you think you can Talanta? Prove it!” Was the challenge to young talented Kenyans participating at the Talanta awards event held at Southern California in Santa Ana City. Susan Njeri, who is part of Kenya University Project (KUP) and was also one of the organizers, also presented KUP-Diaspora University Town.

Susan said, “Kenya University Project – Diaspora University Town is happy to sponsor the Talanta awards. The pursuit of talent within one has led to a better world.” She thanked participants for their courage and determination in development of their talent.  

On KUP-Diaspora University Town she told those present that the project was for development of a Town in Kenya and creation of jobs. She said, “In the first 5 years as University, Medical Hospital, Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are developed, 20,000 new Jobs will be created.” Susan on her part is working on a SME - Assisted Living Business plan for 100 new jobs creation. 

Showcasing a banner with Town Houses Susan said, “The Project also involves development of Town Houses. Any one of you here can become a Town House developer and make income through property development.”

With 20,000 new jobs planned at Diaspora University Town, the housing plan for those who shall get jobs is the planned Town Houses. All persons who become part of KUP have to be part of the Town House development as Town House developers who use the development plan as set-up.
