The Diaspora University in Kenya, buildings designs, are progressing through the preliminary design stage as the project inches closer and closer to ground break. The Diaspora University founders and developers meeting on Saturday updated each other on the progress they are making. Dean of WPI Engineering School on seeing the building designs replied, “The buildings look great.”

Close to 30 scholars are working on the courses that will be taught at the University. The Diaspora University plan will be adopted from WPI university one of the best universities in the U.S and in the world. 

“I thank the designers and all the Diaspora who are working on the project. They will be the Mashujaa of Kenya as they create education and job opportunity,” Attorney Njoroge Kamau, who is writing three courses on law that will be taught at the University as well as creating the legal plan of the project. 

Diaspora University project will create a double opportunity for those finishing schools. The Diaspora University will offer opportunity to students finishing high school as they enroll to learn and get degrees. The project will offer students finishing their college jobs. The project is expected to create hundreds of jobs of Architectural designers and Engineers who have recently finished college and will be finishing college in the next 5 years.  

The designs by a Kenyan designer is testament that Kenyans can produce high quality products as they build towns with beautiful buildings and institutions. The next stage is to have the designs become completed buildings so the first intake of students can come to the university.
