Attorney Njoroge Kamau Diaspora University Town Houses list is made up of Diaspora Kenyans and Kenyans in Kenya who will be Town House developers of Diaspora University Town. As Attorney Kamau finalizes the list; he took a moment to look back at the progress to today.

The words, “Do you know that time the most precious thing, the most valuable, is perishable like a fruit not bought in the market? That time makes the difference between a poor and a rich nation,” captured in the first Jamhuri Magazine (2005) would start off the entrepreneurial investment of time resource. Since then, over the years, Attorney Kamau has put in thousands of hours to shape the legal plan that anchors Diaspora University Town.

Attorney Kamau and like-minded Diaspora would start what would become the Housing Development Plan. The goal was to turn Diaspora remittances into developed property based on the strong conviction that every child should have the basic right of housing met.

In 2009 the Housing Development Plan and the University Development Plan were combined and became the University Town Development plan. Today, after going through several plans, the Attorney is happy with the progressing development plan to develop a Town settlement.

Attorney Kamau is also excited about the University Development Plan. His career as a legal Attorney is founded as a result of the University Education. Through the established Universities the Attorney was able to progress his education and attain the Juris Doctorate of Law. Thereafter he set up a Law firm. The Attorney is happy to be part of the 30 Diaspora University Founders who shall provide for others the same opportunity.

The Town House Developer System is an Innovative System that any Diaspora Kenyan can use. The Attorney is happy many of the Diaspora have embraced the KUP system. The system will enable a person who becomes a Town House developer to make a return on investment for every dollar or shilling, facilitate creation of jobs in the town, and be part of progressing university education by providing a home for 5 to 10 persons at any given day.
