Diaspora University Town Property Developer System to be Open in Kenya March

At the law firm of OmusoloMungai Advocates, the Diaspora University Town development team reviewed the project as they planned to open the project property developer system in Kenya. Present were: Advocate Gregory Omusolo, Advocate Elissa Otemba, Ernest Mungai of Concept Construction (Co) Ltd, Rose Ndiritu the THIDA Capital System developer, Dr. Mark Kabue one of the University founders and a Medical Hospital plan developer and Dan Kamau the Project Plan developer at Taita Taveta site.

Following the review and set-up of the necessary systems; Kenyans from March will now be able to fill in the Town House Investment and Development Agreement (THIDA) that will make one a Town House developer of the planned Town houses once they fulfill the terms as set.

Dan explaining the innovative system that has evolved over time said, “This is like a person buying a plot. The only difference is that the money comes in as capital to create jobs and meet Kenya constitution rights of housing, clean environment and others.”

20,000 jobs are expected to be created as good houses, roads and other systems are implemented. 

The team were also updated on the Jamhuri Magazine planned to introduce the project to those who want to explore the opportunity to become Town House developers.
