Elias of Boston Plans to Supply Timber & Wood Products to Diaspora University Town Project

In the slopes of Mount Kenya, Elias Wamai of Boston, U.S. and Karatina, Nyeri is today running an Industry of timber production. He has over the years planted several plantations of trees that are at different growing stages. He purchased timber production machines and machines for other wood products production. He is today planning to be a supplier of the Diaspora University Town project. He plans to supply timber and other wood products.

As the Diaspora University Town Project progresses Diaspora Kenyans who have invested in production industries will get the opportunity to sell their products. Elias who purchased one of the best machines for timber production that is made in Oregon, U.S is happy that the Diaspora University Town is progressing to start. He says he can’t wait to supply the project with timber and furniture as he expands his industry.

Kenya will experience the growth of industries that will anchor job creation and the growth of growth of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Diaspora Kenyans have a golden opportunity to be part of the expansion of Kenya GDP that is currently below $100 billion and could expand to even 6 times if the $10,000 per capita projected in Vision 2030 will be achieved for the 60 million persons living in Kenya 2030.
