Retired Colonel Anthony Nyangala, Retired Major Mwalungha and Retired Police Officer Benjamin Mwandaa kicked off the Diaspora University Town safety, security and emergency plan. The plan that will progressively be implemented will secure the land, ensure safety and security of all persons inside the land at any given time and provide emergency services to those who become residents, students of university, workers in the project or visit the town.

Kicking off the plan, the professionals who have served Kenya in different fields of security noted that security is today the most important plan. They started off the process that will gradually meet the safety and security needs of the land and the town during the development period.

They also look to create a sustainable security plan that will ensure the success of the University, businesses set in town as well as meet the town resident’s safety, security and emergency needs.
