Diaspora University Town Project continues to progress forward as Diaspora look to build a planned Town in Taita Taveta. In a meeting held in Anaheim, CA the Diaspora advanced the University project that will see them develop a Town, University, Medical Hospital and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The guest was Ernest Mungai touring from Kenya.

The meeting event was to update on the progress made so far. The idea that has become a development plan for a Town has so far progressed to have Town House developers and Entrepreneurs.

Diaspora in working in this project see Kenya as a country that if well planned and developed would be a great place to live in due to its good climate and weather patterns.

Diaspora are working to develop the first well planned town that persons can settle. South California Diaspora are excited in doing this.

Diaspora in advancing the development of a Town are looking to be part of the Jobs creation in Kenya. The demand for new jobs in Kenya every year is at about 1 million jobs based on those becoming adults and finishing education. Someone must create new jobs and Diaspora working on the project see this as a noble cause as the plan working on will create 20,000 in next 5 years.

Diaspora also look to achieve housing for Kenyans through the Town House Developer system. With a population growth of 1.2 million about 250,000 houses are needed to be produced. The current plan is for 6,000 Town Houses production in next 5 years.

Diaspora also see this as a great opportunity to become Town House developers and make property developer income. The estimated housing need in Kenya is about 5 million houses. At an average property developer income of $5,000 once house sold this creates an opportunity of property developer income of $25 million.
