When Diaspora arrived at the U.S one prayer to God was that one gets a job. More than 300,000 Kenyans prayers were answered as they got jobs and settled in the U.S. As millions of Kenyans in Kenya today pray to God for jobs; Diaspora are working hard to create the jobs for them. Dr. Wilson Endege is working on a Vaccine and Medicine Plant that will be open at Diaspora University Town and will create close to 1,000 jobs. Rose Ndiritu is working on the Diaspora University Town project capital plan. They teamed up to advance the project at South Boston.

The Diaspora University Town project is planned to create 20,000 jobs in the next 5 years as diverse jobs creation plans are implemented. The jobs plans include: University, Town, Medical Hospital, Bank, Tourism, Design-Build and 500 SMEs.

To be part of the growing financial sector and to progress the project the Diaspora are working to incorporate a financial system that will tap part of the Diaspora remittance capital that is currently projected to reach Kshs 1 trillion in the next 5 years.

The Diaspora University Town project is also set-up with the goal to facilitate the Diaspora become part of the jobs creation and housing development in Kenya.

Each year going forward about 1 million Kenyans will enter the job market after attaining the adult age of eighteen and completing their education.

About 5 million houses will be needed in Kenya in the next 10 years if the slums and population growth is to be catered for.

The Diaspora look to advance the jobs creation and housing development through the Diaspora University System.
